As the title implies, you sometimes need to take the time out of your busy life to appreciate the small things.
While time is a man-made construct, we never have enough of it.
I find that I need time to eat, sleep, train, cook, spend time with my dog, spend time with my family, friends, travel, work, blog, social media, coach, work on my house and that’s just the half of it.
You need to prioritize your life and make sacrifices because you may just look back one day and regret that you made time for certain things over others.
So go out, skip that workout, make some memories and enjoy your life!
